Anthropic secures all SpaceX Colossus 1 capacity in 300MW deal

Anthropic has entered into a significant partnership with SpaceX to utilize the full capacity of the Colossus One data center, securing over 300 megawatts of power and access to more than 220,000 Nvidia GPUs. The deal is intended to alleviate the infrastructure constraints that previously led to strict rate caps and usage-based pricing for developers.
With this additional compute power, Anthropic is lifting the five-hour usage limits for subscribers on its Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans. The collaboration comes as SpaceX maneuvers to establish itself as a major provider in the AI sector before its projected initial public offering.
