A significant data breach at Tata Electronics, a key Indian supplier for Apple, has resulted in the exposure of sensitive files regarding the unreleased iPhone 18 Pro. The leak, attributed to the ransomware group World Leaks, reportedly includes detailed lists of components, specific supplier names, and photographs of the upcoming devices undergoing drop tests.
The stolen documents also allegedly contain information related to other major tech firms, such as Tesla, Qualcomm, and TSMC. The exposure of these files is particularly sensitive as Apple historically maintains strict confidentiality regarding its supply chain and component designs.
